WHAT KIND OF PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED AND USED BY YAMASTERCLASS.COM?

Users of the yamasterclass.com portal remain anonymous until they decide themselves to provide us with their data (e.g. email address or telephone number). The information contained in system logs (e.g. IP address) resulting from the general principles of Internet connections is used to collect general, statistical demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made). Subscribing to the newsletter requires filling in a form in which you must provide information enabling contact by e-mail. The information provided in the form is used to send messages and advice as well as offers for payable lessons carried out by yamasterclass.com.

WHAT KIND OF PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED AND USED BY THE FOUNDATION

The Foundation processes personal data for the purpose and to the extent necessary to provide an intermediary service in concluding a contract between the Website user and the Teacher for the conducting of lessons for a student (hereinafter: Lesson, hereinafter: Student). If the Student is a child, it is necessary to give the written consent of the legal guardian for the processing of the child’s personal data to the extent necessary to carry out the Lesson.

The scope of data is consistent with the Application Form, filled in via the Website.

WHAT KIND OF PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED AND USED BY THE TEACHER

The Teacher processes the Student’s personal data for the purpose and scope necessary for the conducting of the Lesson. In addition, the scope of personal data includes the Student’s personal data necessary to establish contact with the Student and to conduct the Lesson.

HOW IS THE INFORMATION PROTECTED?

The form filled in by the user when sending the message is implemented using a secure SSL protocol, which significantly increases the protection of data transmission in the Internet. The information is stored and processed by yamasterclass.com and google.disc with appropriate security measures that meet the requirements of Polish law.

IS THE PROVIDED PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARED WITH OTHER ENTITIES?

In order to complete the order, your contact details are made available to the following categories of recipients:

  • The Teacher for the purpose and scope of contact details necessary to contact the user in order to conduct the Lesson.

Each of the above recipients, has been selected with due diligence in terms of trust in the market, the use of secure protocols, and in addition, these companies are associated with yamasterclass.com with a separate agreement (contract, regulations) regarding the protection of entrusted data.

The collected contact details will not be transferred or sold to any other entities or natural persons than those mentioned above.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The provided personal data (e-mail address, if the Website user decides to leave it) are stored for a maximum period of 2 years from the time when the user did not show any activity after sending to the e-mail address (opening the message, clicking on the link, etc.)

Personal data of the users not logged in Website will be stored for a period corresponding to the life cycle of cookies stored on their devices. Details on how the Foundation uses cookies can be found below in the Privacy Policy regarding cookies.

Personal data of the Website user necessary to settle the Lessons will be stored in accordance with tax law for a period of 6 years.

THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE CONSENT

The person whose personal data has been disclosed has the right to withdraw any consent given when subscribing to the newsletter.

RIGHT TO OBJECT TO DATA USE

The person whose personal data has been disclosed has the right to object at any time to the use of their personal data, including profiling, if the Foundation processes this data based on the legitimate interest of the Foundation, e.g. in connection with offering products, keeping statistics, as well as satisfaction survey.

Opting out of receiving e-mails and receiving marketing messages regarding products will mean the objection of the person whose personal data has been made available to the processing of their personal data, including profiling for these purposes. Legal basis: art. 21 GDPR

All requests for access, correction, deletion, the right to object will be made immediately, and in the event of an extension of the response time (more than 48 hours) for technical reasons, the person whose personal data has been provided will be notified.
